History

  • 1964

    Our Humble Beginnings

Nikolaos Amanatidis launched Hermes Construction in Montreal, Canada. For over forty years the company specialized in the designing and building of restaurants. The evolution of the brand led to the 2001 establishment of Hermes Media Group LLC, which continues to develop innovative brands. Today, Mr. Amanatidis is retired, but his network of contacts remains loyal to him, as he continues to bring the right people together.

  • 1994

    Expansion to the US

Emerging markets attracted HMG, and for the next several years research led its expansion into the U.S.

Business and educational opportunities led to further prospects, which fueled HMG’s development.

  • 2001

    Leaping into the US Market

ADLINKS, which specializes in multi-advertiser programs with clients throughout the U.S., was added to the family business.

This step expanded the range of products offered to include naming, branding, graphic design, and print production.

  • 2009

    Significant Joint Venture

A joint venture between an Arizona based marketing company and HMG led to the development of MONEYCUBES. The venture merged ADLINKS’ multi-advertisement approach with the company that would eventually become the state’s largest distributor of print media. Direct-to-Door Distribution was added to the growing list of HMG services.

  • 2015

    Acquisition and Accelerated Growth

HMG acquired MONEYCUBES. A massive investment was made into the development of technology and processing, advancing the industry. The results were exceptional, tripling MONEYCUBES sales within a short, two-year period. HMG then linked the technology to a new brand: USDS. Profits led to the expansion of HMG interests.
